Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Sale or clearance items may be final sale—check product details.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at Funfettijsft@hotmail.com or 409-228-5614 with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to: Pure Elegance LLC, 2030 N Turner Ct, Visalia CA 93291 US.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, style, or color within 30 days. Follow the same return process and specify it’s an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund, including shipping.
Note: We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
